Bryan's new dwarf car -- looks like
Bryan is supervising while Kevin is
building, hmm - how'd that happen?
Kevin began racing dwarf cars in 2004. Kevin got his start in racing by pitting for his dad's (Don) late model car when he was 16. Kevin's family purchased Bismark Raceway in North Dakota and renamed it Capitol City Speedway.
The family owned the track until 1981 when they moved out to California. Kevin helped prepare the track and facility for weekend racing. In 1980, Kevin was given the opportunity to drive his own 1972 Monte Carlo street stock at the
age of 16. His first year was full of challenges, as any rookie knows. He finished his rookie year with 15 race wins and 1 main event win. He was a chip off the old block and a fan favorite. After the move to California, racing was on
the back burner.
For years Kevin talked about getting back on the race track and finally fulfilled that wish in 2004.
